Be A Restaurant Critic

1. Complete the application form.
2. If you are selected, we will inform you via email.
3. You will then receive a questionnaire to complete after your “Restaurant Critic” visit.
4. Within a 2 week time period, you will make a reservation to have lunch/dinner at Airstream Café. During your visit, you will need to order a minimum of 2 courses. (Entrée and Main or Main and Dessert).
5. When you pay the bill you will need to identify yourself and mention you were participating in the restaurant critic program. We will validate your bill. Ensure you take a copy of the receipt.
6. Please contact Airstream Management to arrange a time to deliver the completed questionnaire and receive your lunch/dinner spent money back in full.
